  • Communicate directly with the IRS regarding your case.
  • Communicate directly with a Revenue Officer (RO), if assigned, regarding your case.
  • Depending on your status, prevent collection activities on your case.

Review Client 433 Collection (Financial) Information Statement.

  • This statement helps our team determine your realistic financial ability to resolve your tax issue.

Identify the best course of action to resolve any tax issue. For an additional cost, we can:

  • File Tax Returns.
  • Investigate balances due.
  • Research a Tax Lien.
  • Release/Modify Wage Garnishments or Bank Levies.

Yearly Financial Review.

  • The IRS requires a yearly financial review for most Resolution Programs including Installment Agreements, CNC Status, and OIC. If you do not submit updated financials, the IRS may start Collections with a Wage Garnishment or Bank Levy.
